About Me

For more than twenty years, I’ve been a dedicated professional in the fitness industry. My journey began as a personal trainer and evolved to include specialisation in gut health restoration. More recently, I’ve added kettlebell certification to my repertoire, cementing a comprehensive, multifaceted expertise.

At the core of my philosophy is the conviction that daily movement and high-frequency, full-body training are the keys to lasting strength and vitality. My approach integrates a spectrum of endurance work—from Zone 2 running to rucking and gravel biking—alongside strength training that explores the body’s full range of motion. It’s a philosophy refined over years of experience and continual learning, ensuring that movement isn’t just exercise, but a daily practice of resilience.

In short, my mission is to guide others toward a lifestyle where strength, endurance, and gut health converge seamlessly—supported by a foundation of professional expertise and a genuine passion for movement.
